I am very disappointed with my experience with Cambridgeshire Motorhouse. After inspecting my vehicle, I found the engine oil to be extremely dirty, the air filter heavily clogged with dirt and debris, and debris inside the airbox. I have photographs of the condition of these components, which has raised serious concerns about the quality of the work carried out. In addition, I was told that I would receive my V5C (log book) within 4 weeks, but I am still waiting. Because I do not have the log book, I have been unable to make travel plans to Europe as I do not have the vehicle documentation I was expecting to receive. I have tried to raise these concerns and would welcome a proper explanation and resolution. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this business. I hope the company will address these issues promptly and contact me to resolve the matter.
