The experience at Cambridgeshire Motor Centre was efficient and professional because we purchased without visiting the dealership... we were provided with a full and detailed individual video of the vehicle and it was delivered from one side of the country to the other, as promised, and exactly on time..... The entire transaction from start to finish was a seamless experience.
I'd recommend Cambridgeshire Motor Centre because I had a great experience from start to finish. Rob was professional throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and straightforward. The car was exactly as described, and the online video was especially helpful in giving me confidence before purchasing. Delivery was quick, arriving within just a few days. The car also came with a fresh MOT and new tyres, which was a great bonus. Upon delivery, Rob took the time to clearly demonstrate how to use the vehicle, which I really appreciated as it was my first time owning an accessible car. His support and attention to detail made a big difference. Highly recommend!
One of the most straight-forward and pleasant buying experiences I've had. They let me do a short notice test drive, there was no pressure to buy it and they were happy to do a new service and MOT and correct any advisories (of which there weren't any). I've had the van for over a week now and very pleased with it and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice van and an honest dealer. Thanks gents.
