Total time wasters. Not to be trusted. Having emailed them and arranged a time to view and buy a ford Mondeo estate. Fifteen minutes prior to arriving. They text me and told me they had sold the car. Kind regards from James. So I'm out of pocket for fuel wasted and the time wasted on traveling time..I have text them asking if I can Bill them for part of the fuel I used,but haven't had a reply. If this is how they do business. They not worth dealing with.a deal is a deal at the end of the day.at least honour that deal.they should be ashamed of themselves.please don't fall foul of these fraudsters. It makes me wonder if they would of sold it if I'd put a deposit on.
We traveled 50 miles to see a C1 for our daughter-in-law. We did lots of looking beforehand and research. James had 4 or 5 other well priced cars which fitted the brief. After a road rest and a good coat of looking at, we bought a little 107 which just needed a few odds n sods doing but was basically very good and sound! We came away happy with a real bargain at a Trade Price! James is a really nice guy, affable and fair.. and his cars are priced to sell! I would certainly recommend buying from him. David
Arranged to a view a car this morning at 11am. Drove over an hour to get here, rang the bloke to confirm I was in the right place, he said yes. The bloke was 10 minutes late arriving only to tell me the car was sold yesterday. Absolute waste of time, bunch of cowboys, don't bother with them!
Avoid this garage. I purchased a vehicle that had an oil leak, which was followed by engine failure while I was driving it home. Due to the late hour, I had to stay in a hotel overnight and subsequently had to pay the AA to tow the car back to the garage the following day. After a wait of three days, the garage finally agreed to issue a refund. However, they provided no compensation for the \xa3300 I incurred on hotel, travel, and AA services, nor for the fact that I was without a car and lost days of work. I had to wait over 14 days to receive my refund. I received no further communication; all my emails and calls went unanswered. This is unacceptable customer service, and they are selling defective vehicles. They even claimed they had been driving the car around, but it had no MOT or tax at the time. And it was 2 hours after I took the car home I pulled over I contacted you I could show you screen shots ? You also must get dodgy mot\u2019s because it was a death trap. And if you think reckless driving at 60/65 mph on the m1 well I\u2019m gobsmacked . This company lie lie and lie DONT trust !!!!
I had purchased a vehicle on 28th July 2025, to be sent 2 old new keeper slips, neither of which work for taxing the vehicle. I have contacted and chased it for weeks, to be met with no answer, and a lame excuse via email. I contacted the Dvla (10/09/2025) to be told it is still registered with someone else, and the garage are yet to reply. I would avoid this garage as communication is rubbish, and they don't seem to be able to do their job properly.
Bought a car from here today for my partner (Ford Mondeo) after originally coming to view another car - the gentlemen\u2019s was really patient, honest and genuine. Couldn\u2019t be happier and we\u2019re already planning on coming back in the new year to get a runabout for my sister in law! Thanks again :)
