Avoid at all costs we won and got money back for our vehicle don\u2019t be fooled by half the ratings family and friends will do anything for people! Haven\u2019t you had to move garage and lost a lot of staff speaks for itself! They speak to people like dog poo luckily I wasn\u2019t going to back down! Will never stop shouting from the rooftops about the garage as the car was unsafe but sold to me knowing I had small children never repaired the correct thing! Or and also I still have the drive shaft in my garage that was meant to be done but drove away with the part in my boot instead! Cowboys
I purchased a 2019 Mercedes S400 from Brownlows Cars Sale in Darlington about one and a half months ago. The day we bought the car, the AC was not working. I only noticed it needed gas, so I agreed to pay for that, thinking it was just \xa3100. They told me not to worry, that it was a minor fix. However, later I discovered that there was no AC pump in the car at all\u2014they had removed it and replaced it with a smaller belt just to keep the car running without AC. This was never disclosed to me, and it has nothing to do with the trade-in. I am extremely disappointed with their service
Chewing on with a 60year old woman over refunding 80 quid for a poor repair found the day after she got the car , instead of saying came down we will take a look see if we can do anything instead of buying a new part ,they took no accountability for a poor repair, then practically laughing at her because she asked if it would be under warranty, no one should have to be spending money on a car they have just drove away especially if its over a repair made by the garage , can\u2019t believe im actually writing this over something so simple and stupid to keep customers happy unbelievable mush
spoke to terry last week about a car i was interested in, paid the deposit and he was really helpful with everything and kept in contact throughout the whole sales process. picked the car up today and it drove like a dream. even helped me do the tax. highly recommend. (using my daughters account its queen nikki from leicester) and yes we did get back to leicester
