I bought a nice used car from brownlows last October 2025 Vehicle was in great condition and as described The car came with 3 months warranty for anthing gong wrong with any part no exceptions and 12 months MOT Initially the audio system had a problem which had Been highlighted by the dealer when I purchased the vehicle it was fixed under the warranty as soon as a replacement part was available and was fitted by a reputable local business at considerable expense to brownlows The car has been seen again today by brownlows garage under the warranty a faulty battery was diagnosed and a brand new battery was fitted within the hour no quibbling I have had a very pleasant experience throughout with brownlows represented by Dave who sold me the vehicle Nothing is to much trouble for them and the no quibble guarantee has been a major reassurance in purchasing a used vehicle Great business..great people I would not hesitate to use this business again in the future... highly recommended

I bought a car from here in march. In all that time it was only drivable six weeks. Several problems. I can go into more detail if I have to. This is very brief considering what has happend. Eventually the engine totally stopped. I was told no oil in engine. How. No leak. No warnings. They said it was serviced. Id had enough. I just wanted my money back. I told paul this. They told me to take it back so I paid transport. Needed new engine. They asked me to pay 3500 towards. Ha. No way. They had the car for four months. I got it back the first off nov. I did not want it but they left me no choice. Two days later restricted performance came up seven times. The car lost all power on major roads. I did not dare drive it no more. I returned the car. Told david it was enough now. The car was never fit for purpose. He drove it into the dealership that night. Since then iv had threats from paul saying he will charge me 100 a day storage. Not to cancel my insurance incase something happens to it. They are going to leave it out on the road. Cost of car 11500 Private plate. 400 Ins. 300 Tax. 280 Car hire. 600 Breakdown. 300 Very expensive experience for a car I could only drive for six weeks in all that time I owned it. He will not give me my money back. It was my life savings. I cant afford another car. I dare not open my emails incase there is another nasty one from paul. I cant sleep. The car was never fit for purpose. My only option now is to take him to court which could take two years. In that time he gets to keep my money and I dont have a car. This has upset all my family. Not just me

Came to look at a new car and was recommended by my dad as he previously brought one. I can honestly say they have been brilliant from start to finish! Great deal and brilliant prices. Had a problem with car but took it in and within an hour was sorted and back on the road. They are true to their word and couldn't be happier with the experience. Highly recommend definitely will be purchasing cars from them again
