We found the sales people friendly and very helpful when we arrived to look at and test the Kia Ceed, and Part EX our Nissan Qashqia. They offered a reasonable Part-ex figure considering its state. My wife drove the test and liked it immediately, we checked the MOT, there were no failures and all seamed OK so we paid a deposit, and purchased the car a few days later. It was like a new car inside. The body work was good and they gave a 3 month warranty. We took the car home and had a mechanic friend take a look at it. He was surprised that the MOT had not picked up 2 items that should have been advisory. The rear offside tyre and the front nearside ball joint. However the garage immediately agreed to fix these faults and sent me to their repair agents, Flintshire Tyres and Auto Care, who did an excellent job very quickly. Their test driver after the repairs said that there was another noise he would like to investigate and could they have it for a day. This was in October and unfortunately I was not able to let them look at the car until early December when they tested it and confirmed they required it for the day on the 10th. They found that the front nearside shock absorber was defective and changed it. Throughout all this the Broughton Motor company behaved in a totally professional way. All the people we dealt with were very helpful. The car is now perfect and we are very pleased with it. And if it became necessary we would certainly buy another car from them.

Wish I could give more than five stars! Highly recommended. Really professional and friendly service. Love my car. I had an issue with it two weeks after I bought it but it was quickly fixed for me. Great communication and would go back in the future to purchase my next car :-)

Bought a BMW 1 series from this garage about 3 weeks ago, garage told me they'd MOT the vehicle for me and have it serviced within a couple of days (and they did) passed the MOT with no advisories, however we were made aware of a recall at Bmw for the car, so the next day we took it to the dealership. BMW did a full vehicle inspection after sorting out the recall issue and found a few major faults with the car that they state "there's no way this should've passed an MOT" BMW found the n/s/r shock absorber was completely shot and leaking oil very badly, as well as some bushes on the front that were cracked and broken (they sent us a video to show the issue, as well as explained it to myself there and then) even stating the car shouldn't be driven in that state. Not really what you expect from a car that had it's MOT done the day before, had us worried that garage possibly just passed the car without giving it a proper check??? But was assured by dealership that those were the only faults they could find. Called up Broughton Motor Company, to claim on the warranty, and the guy didn't sound too impressed, said he couldn't fit it in that week for the jobs, so we took it in the following Monday, jobs were done quickly and we had the car back by Wednesday, but missed out on 5 days of work (loss of income) due to having no car (BMW advising not to drive it, and having to take the car back to the garage for the 2 days to be repaired), least to say we weren't happy about that. Other than that, everything else was fine, and everything was smooth, had log book within a week and car runs fine now.

purchased a ford kuga last week from broughton motor company, ian was brilliant, very nice to talk to and a great help. drove the car away the same day. very nice car. phoned a few days later to let him know of a small clicking issue with car. got it booked in and seen to today for diagnostics. and awaiting a date for wheel bearing to be replaced hopefully next week. overhaul very happy with my purchase. thank you ian. i highly recommend your car sales

Never buy a car from there we bought a car a month ago after driving from us for about 3 weeks the car stopped working barely contacted the owner where we bought the car from because we had a warranty but accordingly he did not pick up the phone for a few days when he picked up the phone finally we told him the car refused to work left us on the road accordingly a mobile mechanic came and stopped a big problem and said that the car would cost around 2000-2500 \xa3 to fix we told the owner we did not want the car if he did not fix it he came after 3 days picked up the car kept it for 5 days in Chester he said it was done yesterday we took the car back today we went to the shop and the car completely blocked and left us on the road .. Nothing has been done to the car maybe he lied to us that it was in the service because if it really was in the service and it was worked on today a day later after the repair and he would not have left us on the road again NEVER BUY CAR FROM THEM NEVER

Couldn’t fault the team at Broughton at all, really friendly and helpful. Getting my car from them was really easy and if I’ve had any queries or issues they’ve sorted almost instantly, couldn’t recommend them more!

I wrote a fair review just over a month ago. I picked a car that had a fair few problems. Whilst the garage offered me another car and offered to fix it I had doubts an decided to take a cash loss an walk away. Now 2 months on I'm recieving Threatening letters from DVLA owing \xa3600 in tax because they haven't updated the V5 which I was told they will do immediately, I filled in the V5 for them an offered to post it but they advised they will do it online as it's quicker. So I'm now left in a panic that debt collectors are turning up at my door for tax on a car they have had back in October. I have sent 2 letters back to DVLA, I have called them, they have advised nothing has been updated and also emailed Broughton Motor Company to tell them get it updated. I'm absolutely livid an distraught this is happening at Christmas, when they can easily sell that broken car (Audi Q7 for another \xa36000 if they want to!) Wouldn't go near this place again!!

Bought an car back in August, absolutely loved it. The salesmen were all super friendly, not pushy at all as some can be. Sadly the car had a few problems over the last few weeks. They had it fixed but the problems kept creeping back up. Ian was very understanding and took a deal to take the car back, they offered us a courtesy car whilst they had the issues dealt with by the proper manufacturer, and also offered us a completely different family car but ill admit i wasnt keen unfortunately, our family offered us a new car otherwise we would of taken up their offer. Nothing was to much trouble for them. They do have some lovely cars there and a great price. Well worth a look around you'll find a great deal! Hope the car finds a new owner to treat it how it deserves

I found Broughton motor company to be efficient and very helpful though out getting the car I liked they sorted everything from paper work to valeting the car for me to collect. I found the staff welcoming and friendly and I'd definitely recommend them to friends/family good service all round thankyou guys love my new car 🚗 x
