Buying an 8year old car from Brooklands Cars was effortless. Excellent service very friendly and helpful. The car is lovely prepare to a very high standard. The owner was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. From test driving the car to taking it home was extremely fast. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Brookland Motors when buying a second hand car

I couldn’t speak more highly of Chris and the guys here. Chris made getting a new car hassle free and was more than happy to answer questions and concerns as someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars. Nothing was too much and all the little touches go a long way. Thank you so much - I absolutely love my new car!

Came down yesterday to purchase a Mercedes E350D with my father, Chris is an absolute gentleman and he answered all our questions, took us on a test drive and gave us a fantastic deal on our part ex. Staff members are very friendly and this is a dealership I would highly recommend to everyone.

Just wanted to put another review on to share an outstanding after sales experience. The car had a small issue today. As it was still under warranty, I called Brooklands who sent someone out to me straight away (luckily I wasn't far) The car was taken back to the garage, sorted and dropped back off to me within 2 hours! What a service! Thanks again.

Had a great experience with Brooklands. I felt quite anxious at the thought of car shopping, but dealing with Chris was great. He showed me all around the car I was interested in and expertly answered any questions I had. On the day of purchase, Damon done the hand over and it was all done seamlessly. Such an easy process, all I had to do was arrange my car insurance, Damon took care of the rest. I highly recommend Brooklands 😊

I purchased an Audi from them recently, from the moment I arrived they were brilliant. Arranged a test drive which was sorted within minutes, the team was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and it's history. The team were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, all the cars they had in their forecort were reasonably priced too. I collected the vehicle and had a minor issue with the brakes, contacted them and they advised I return the car and they rectified it at their own expense within a couple of days. They offered to return the vehicle to me too which was a lovely touch! Cannot ask for better customer service and aftercare! I would highly recommend them and more than happy to purchase another car from them in the future should I ever need one!

Being looking around about 4 weeks for a Mercedes convertible,after searching reviews on other dealers I found Brooklands was most caring.Didn’t view the vehicle except on photos yes I know it’s a no no but having read the reviews on Google and others I knew it was a trustworthy car dealership.The car was delivered this morning on time with half a tank of fuel in.Thanks to Ryan and all at Brooklands.

I had a fantastic experience buying this little mx5. Chris and Damon were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and made sure the car was in a perfect condition for when I got the keys. Great price, great customer service and above all a great car. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
