5* I am so glad I came across this company. I've had my vehicle about eight weeks now and i'm thrilled with it, there were a couple of things I had to take it back to their other company which is more of a higher end market. The vehicles will be more money, but the mileage will be less.And they would have been looked after maybe a bit more, but obviously will be more costly, i spoke to two lovely ladies who helped book it in and unfortunately, there was a bit of a problem as something needed to set. So I couldn't take it back later on that day, but they managed to somehow get me a courtesy car which was such a blessing as I needed a vehicle that weekend So at B M motors i spoke to Simon and Wayne they were both so helpful.I did deal with Simon more but we're both very helpful. I also spoke and dealt with a little bit with Nick and Graham at the other branch B M Auto motion, as I'm a bit fussy, and basically don't want to have any regrets. So I didn't just want to get the first vehicle. I came across. So it must have been a bit annoying for them. But I wanted to be happy with the one I got, as I didn't want to have any.Regrets. Anyway going back to b m motors i must have test driven a few of them. Obviously I had a particular type and colour, but in the end that went out the window a bit as the one I bought. I have fallen for it so much. So in a nutshell, all the staff are amazing. You have 2 companies, one selling vehicles a bit cheaper than the other. Both businesses are top notch, and obviously if I had more money, I would have gone to B. M automotive but very happy I went to b.M motors and if I had to do it again, I would go back there Ops there's no tax to pay, so that's a bit of a bonus. Really? I don't know what else to say. Wonderful staff, lovely vehicles ranging from vans, trucks, cars pickups.Etc And again, like I said if I had to do it again, I would go back there.So what you're waiting for go check them out 😊👍. ⚠️⚠️🚫🚫 DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. The day after we had brought it there were steering vibration problems and when braking it would shudder the whole car. I called them and they told me to take it around the corner to another garage owner by them.THEY LOOKED AT IT CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND SAID THERE WAS JUST BRAKE DUST IN BETWEEN DISCS ITS ALRIGHT NOW. YEAR LATER I HAVE A PERISHED TIMING BELT AND LOOSE PULLEYS. AND A SHODDY RATTLE TO THE ENGINE. WHEN THEY DO A SERVICE AND MOT BEFORE THEY GIVE UT TO YOU MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY THEY DONT GIVE TO PONIES AFTER YOU LEFT THERE FORECOURT.⚠️⚠️🚫🚫 Financial ombudsman notified along with broker and finance company
