My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because from my initial enquiry through to the purchase and receipt of the car I was made to feel valued and was treated with the utmost respect. The representative that I liaised with throughout (Neil Lenningham) always made himself available for discussion, responded to any questions / queries in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable on the cars equipment, technology and performance.
My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because they made my experience super fast and easy which is what I wanted! From the first moment of speaking to Scarlett she knew exactly what I wanted and sorted the deal so fast. Her customer service was one of the best I’ve received and she is doing an amazing job. As I work in a dealership myself I know how hard things can be but nothing was an issue for her and assisted me through everything from her responding to my emails and the aftercare too! I would highly recommend to everyone !!!
My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because all who I met were very welcoming and helpful, from the reception team to the service, finance and sales teams. It is clear that there is an excellent culture. Additionally, I was super impressed with Craig Newton who was not only very knowledgeable but very attentive to my needs.
