Well my wife and I bought a White 2014 Range Rover Sport 3Lv6 , we tradered in a Nissan Xtrail which had some finance to pay , this all happened on the 11/08/26 now today on the 27/08/26 the balance to the finance company still has not been payed we are now getting pested with phone calls from said finance company about outstanding payments, having sent numerous emails to Binca over the last few days but unfortunately on one has had the decency to reply to any of the emails including the salesman we dealt with ,its now turning into not the experience I had hoped for as I follow Calvin's Car Diary's on YouTube and thought this organisation was more slick and on the ball than this , I'm sorry to be some what negative just hope this can be resolved Steve and Denise Murphy . UPDATE: Sam from Binca has been intouch and Binca did in fact pay the outstanding finance it was the previous finance company that was the problem so to be fair I have changed my star rating from 2 to 4 stars would have been 5 stars if Binca had answered our first or second emails could have resolved this a lot quicker , but happy it's now sorted , thanks Sam. Thanks Steve Murphy.
I bought a 2016 Ford Focus ST 2.0tdci from Binca, I had a couple of issues with coolant leaks and Sam sorted these out directly with me and the garage. I would highly recommend Binca, they don\u2019t just sell you a car and that\u2019s it, they want you to be happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend.
Edit: I (finally) received an email saying the vehicle is available to buy some 3 weeks after the initial test drive. My original opinion below remains unchanged as that is a correct reflection of what happened on the day. The fact the owner of the business believes I've gone mad for leaving a mixed review based on the facts below is hilarious. I've also learned these past few weeks he's "big" on YouTube and has a devoted subsection of fans online who go after customers like me on Reddit/Facebook who dare ever say a bad word against this business. Original Review: Not great, not terrible - but I'll update this review if their promised call back happens. In short, I saw a car I liked on their site and travel down to inspect it and organise a test drive. Initial impressions were good, very polite lady at the counter found keys and let me look around in my own time with no pressure. Went back into arrange test drive, signed a waiver and gave licence then purchased quite expensive temporary cover for the short test drive at almost \xa340. Test drive of the vehicle was ok; it was as described and had no problems so I went back fully expecting to buy the car - Only to be then told I can't purchase the car when I got back. They explained that the vehicle was on a private plate when they bought it that the owner wanted to keep. Simple enough, that plate goes on retention and the vehicle takes back its original registration - or so I thought. The vehicle was on what I assume is the original registration too that was sat right in front of me, so I said it's simply a case of requesting a new logbook and simultaneously taxing the vehicle at the same time and I'm good to go. That wasn't the case and I was also unhappy paying for expensive temporary insurance on a vehicle only after the fact they said I can't buy. For reasons that then weren't immediately clear, a guy come out and asked me what the problem was with the car fairly bluntly. I explained again and he said the plate transfer is "difficult" for that car. I questioned why it was on it's original reg physically (as it seems with the DVLA it is still registered as I type this on the private reg, so it clearly hasn't been taken off the car) and has been up for sale for 1-2 weeks. No answer was given, but I was told I can reserve the car for a fee today and they'll get back to me "in a few weeks, maybe 3" once this is apparently fixed. I didn't give a deposit as I stated the car clearly can't be sold to anyone else so there's no point - It won't be going anywhere! The young lady (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was really polite and friendly tho, and did take my details and she said I'd get a call once it's able to be sold. Not a good first impression overall especially with how unnecessarily abrupt the guy come across, as I don't understand why a car is listed for sale and "ready to go" (that's their whole point and why I went there) when it clearly wasn't. I'll update this review if the call-back happens as promised and I can actually buy the car within something more reasonable than a vague 2-3 weeks.
Brilliant dealership, came in to look at a mk5 golf gti and ended up coming home with it same day after a test drive and they gave me a nice valuation on my car to part exchange. Really smooth process and have been in touch with ease over any small things that have needed to be sorted after sale. Great staff and would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or sell their car.
Great experience buying from a local well known brand, Sam was great from start to finish I did have to chase him twice but he must have been busy, I was more then likely being impatient as always! The car BMW X1 2013 was as described, test drive was easy to sort out and the staff were great. I've had the car around 3 days now and drove at least 200+ miles and it drives like new. Offered less then what I wanted for my Bmw 1 series but everyone wants to make a profit and there wasnt much to be made on there side so I'm more then happy selling it privately. Long term fan of CCD and knew I could trust Calvin's brand to purchase a reliable and safe vehicle for me and my family. Keep up the good work guys! Jay.
Had a great experience and received professional service purchasing a vehicle from Binca. The service from the staff was on point. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends as there are great spec cars here. This is a reliable dealer which sells reliable cars. Thank you team :)
So my son found a car he wanted to buy from binca, so he reserved it yesterday for a viewing today, told them he finished work about 3,00pm and it will take about two hours to get there, yep no problem the staff said, we will hold it for you! So me and my son get there about 5.50pm, only to be told it has been sold at 1,o'clock today, a crappy little sorry from the bloke behind the desk and that was that!? So a complete waste of time and fuel, I think the boss needs to sort his employees out, because obviously their brains aren't where they're supposed to be.
