I had an excellent experience with Bedford Car Centre from start to finish. The team were friendly professional and extremely helpful making the whole car-buying process smooth and stress-free. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was completely happy with everything. The car was exactly as described presented to a very high standard and ready when promised. The paperwork was handled efficiently and the customer service throughout was outstanding. It\u2019s refreshing to find a dealership that is welcoming honest and genuinely focused on making sure customers have a great experience. I would highly recommend Bedford Car Centre to anyone looking for a quality car and excellent service. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to the whole team!
Terrible customer service. Checked out a car, but the bonnet release wasn\u2019t working. They promised to repair it and have it ready the next day. Went to collect and it still wasn\u2019t working. Walked away, deposit returned but the manager called. Gave me the sales spiel and reeled me back in. Said he would order the part and it would be sorted the next day. Lo and behold, part didn\u2019t come in, not even bothered about it. Don\u2019t waste your time or money.
Was sold a none road worthy car (would fail MOT). I am really disappointed with this garage. Car was sold with incorrect wiper, which flew off the car whilst on the motorway in torrential rain. The wiper arms have left a huge scratch arc across the windscreen. Garage making no effort to pay for new wipers and compensation for the damage to the windscreen. Car was overfilled with oil. Car not got the correct wing mirror (old one must of smashed so they GLUED on a generic wing mirror. UPDATE: now I have an engine management light on the dash and the car will not accelerate!! Car goes into limp mode. Quoted works that need doing, Replacement Inlet manifold,EGR, EGR pipe and inlet clean for \xa32000+ COST TO SELF Wipers \xa3110 Wing mirror \xa390 Volvo on call Service Quoted \xa3320 Windscreen Damage = Quoted \xa3300 getting a detailer to polish the screen Car went into limp mode Engine Management light = New inlet manifold and EGR clean needed Pending AVOID
Up to now I can't fault this dealership. The car was exactly what they said it was when I got there with no surprises . Easy to talk too staff, no pressure sales pitch just " there's the car see what you think, take it for a drive and we'll see you when you get back" Straight forward as it comes
Had problems with first car, they gave me courtesy car, after 3 months in the garage gave me option to buy courtesy car. First they said it will be straight swap no extra cost because of my patience waiting for three months, then I was told it will be \xa31500 extra but I could have \xa3200 knocked off because of goodwill. Then 2 days later they said no knowledge of saying that ( same person) it will be \xa31500 extra to pay. Customer service not good. Although I left them brilliant review on first car I bought and has 1000 views this is now a negative review.
