What a great experience buying a car from Beck Evans. A total eye-opener for what a car sales outfit should be like. They had exactly the vehicle I was looking for at a sensible price, but initially I was a little hesitant to hand over a \xa31k deposit over the phone for a car I hadn't seen! I should not have worried, I had a long chat with one of the owners, Sam Evans, and then dealt with Sam Couper who was totally professional, honest, helpful, friendly and polite during the whole deal. A shout out to the valet team too, who turned an initially fairly scruffy vehicle into a thing of beauty! The car, a Range Rover Velar, was 7 years old with 40k miles, and so, even though I had done the deal, they insisted on changing the cam belts just to be on the safe side. How many garages would do that? I've now done a few thousand miles in the car and am still absolutely delighted with it, and would go out of my way to buy my next car from these guys.....literally, as I live 260 miles away. Full Five Stars.
I bought a Mercedes CLA from this dealership a few months ago. During the negotiation, we agreed that a second key would be supplied, as the vehicle originally came with only one. Because I needed the car urgently, we proceeded with the sale on the understanding that I would collect the second key later, with the dealership covering the cost of having it made. They honoured exactly what was agreed and arranged the replacement key without any issues. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and they kept their word throughout.

Drove all the way to Sidcup after seeing a car on Autotrader, Sunday advertised timings stated open until 4pm, got there and find out it was closed (2pm). Opening hours review suggested so others don\u2019t do the same. Also it\u2019s viewing by appointment only! Worth noting if you\u2019re also viewing via Autotrader.
What a great experience. Me and my mother went to view a Porsche cayenne at Beck Evans, as she was looking for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Matt who seemed like a very genuine and honest guy. From start to finish he was nothing but polite and informative. The car in question was also beautifully presented in wonderful condition. It can be hard to find a dealership to put your trust in, but I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to put my trust in this company
