Absolute shambles of a dealership. Sold me a car that had to be returned after just four days due to the aircon system failing and a fault with the wiper system. They promised to cover the repair costs “no matter what,” but as soon as they saw the Mercedes quote, they refused and couldn’t even provide a timeframe for repairs. Terrible experience and shocking customer service. Avoid.

Our experience of dealing with Beck Evans was very pleasant .. impressive and professional .. a very reputable dealership that I would highly recommend to anybody. Peter the salesman couldn’t have been more helpful. We bought a Mercedes C class AMG line coupe which was well presented .. clean .. tidy .. polished and advertised at a fair asking price. We did have two minor issues in the months that followed .. but these were addressed to our total satisfaction.. thanks to Beck Evans prompt .. no fuss .. no quibble response to these eventualities. I would have no hesitation in using this company again in the future.

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from Beck Evans with a warranty sold as covering DPF faults. When I raised a repair issue deep into the contract, I was told only \xa3300 was covered—contradicting the agreement, verbally and provided at the point of sale. After weeks of stress, missed calls, and vague responses, the repair was eventually completed going direct to Land Rover. However, the lack of transparency and refusal to address the warranty misrepresentation remain unresolved. I’ve requested a refund. Buyers beware: get everything in writing and expect delays if issues arise. Despite the comment below, no message has subsequently been recieved.

Avoid at all costs – misleading and appalling aftercare We travelled 6 hours to collect a vehicle that was advertised and sold to us as an XLWB High Roof. On arrival, it turned out to be a completely different specification. Despite this clear misadvertisement, the dealership refused to offer any compensation for the wasted journey and inconvenience. To make matters worse, the van broke down on the way home because they hadn’t even connected the battery properly. We are now in dispute with them over these issues, and their responses so far have been dismissive and unprofessional. Buying a vehicle is a serious investment – you expect honesty, accuracy, and basic checks. Sadly, this dealership delivered none of those. Be very careful before handing over your money.

Matt was amazing throughout the entire process from helping source the car, and then dealing with all the necessary paperwork to satisfy the dealer and the UK government. He simplified a complicated process and I can only thank him very much and recommend him to others seeking to source a car in the UK for export.
