Brought a beautiful Bentley continental GTC from Baytree. What a great experience. Right from the beginning the contact, professionalism and detail to customer service was and still is post having the car, flawless. Going the extra mile by opening the showroom earlier for our viewing was definitely appreciated as we had to drive up early from Hertfordshire. Also agreeing to my wishes for a full service and mot at a main dealer, even though it wasn't due for a few months sealed the deal. They have a history with the vehicle and it was readily apparent, they would be happy to have it back as it is so special. Pretty useless if you ask me I phoned up yesterday and spoke to Frankie about \xa3150,000 Aston Martin convertible in White. 21 reg. I sent him on WhatsApp video and pictures of mine. He promised me this morning he was going to get back To me with the price to change or even to buy it outright,as I may sell mine myself Depending on what he offered, but now he couldn\u2019t even be bothered to ring me I waited All day and thought I\u2019m not ringing them if they want the business, they Can Ring me, but No clearly Couldn\u2019t be bothered So I\u2019m not out I will not be buying the car or following them anymore on Facebook and certainly wouldn\u2019t recommend them. How can you when they don\u2019t even ring you back?
