We just purchased our Citroen C4 from the dealership via a car finance company and Conrad who did the paperwork for us explained everything in regards to the car and they serviced it & got it MOT’d before we picked it up. Took all of 10/15mins from walking in to driving our new car. Very good service and very friendly. Would recommend

I bought Mercedes from here, I noticed a few cosmetic things on the car which they put right before I collected it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the purchase was seamless. When I collected the car it had it had been valeted and it looked stunning inside and out. I highly recommend Baglan Car centre.

Purchased a fiesta from here through car finance a few months ago and top marks to the garage, they had the car serviced, works done from the m.o.t, when the car was delayed they provided me with a courtesy car for 24 hours until the car was ready, they kept me informed on everything that was happening. Only issue i had after 24 hours was the sensors in the tyres not working to measure the tyre pressures but considering the work that they had done on it. Its an easy fix myself to do. Would recommend these to anyone and would use again.

Fresh mot was put on it before having it. Very good support from the team and gives very good customer service. Super patient with our busy schedule too. I placed a \xa31,000 deposit on a vehicle with Baglan Car Centre. I later cancelled — within the legal 14-day cooling-off period — and never collected the car. Despite this, the dealer refused to refund my deposit, attempted to charge me \xa3100 for vague “services” I never agreed to, and even claimed the finance company would charge me \xa3195 for cancellation (which was proven false by the lender). No terms or conditions were provided. No mention of a non-refundable deposit. Nothing in writing. I had to fight this through a bank chargeback to get my money back. If you’re researching this dealership, look up other reviews — this kind of behaviour is not new. Multiple people report similar treatment. Be careful. Don’t pay a penny without full written agreements, and make sure you know your rights before dealing with them.
