Arrived late on a Saturday night just before the lads were going home. Still gave me their time to help me out and ended up putting a deposit down. Arrived back on Sunday, gave me a great return on my part ex. Can’t fault the place! Will definitely be using again in the future.
I recently bought a car from Ben at auto venue. I had a great experience buying the car and the car was absolutely immaculate. Everyone there was absolutely amazing and so helpful with everything. I would 100% recommend to anyone who’s thinking of purchasing a new vehicle to shop here.
Great team of people. Ben and Steve were Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of car which are all detail to perfection. They go above and beyond to fix any issues they are not happy with when they do their inspection before handing the car over. I would definitely buy another can from them, but considering they car I did purchase from them it won't for a long time lol.
Ben, Steven and Bilal was all so lovely and friendly. Nothing was ever too much bother, they was not pushy, they respond to messages very quickly, I absolutely love my car, it feels and drives like it’s brand new. It’s always scary buying a new car as you never know what’s going to happen but so far I am so happy. I would really recommend auto venue ☺️

Google version I purchased a 2008 BMW 125i coupe from Auto Venue Car Garage in Newport on 27th September. I travelled from Kent because the car was advertised as low mileage, recently serviced and MOT’d with no faults. On the day, I noticed oil around the engine block and was told it was excess from a recent oil change. After driving the car less than 30 miles over a few days after returning home, it went into limp mode due to overheating. A trusted local garage diagnosed a failed electric water pump and a rocker cover oil leak in the exact spot I’d flagged on purchase. They also noted the leak could have allowed fumes into the cabin. The repair cost was over \xa31,000 after warranty coverage. When I contacted Auto Venue, the response was defensive, and no real help was offered. I was told to bring the car back to Wales (135 miles away), but no firm guarantee was given on the fix. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and I was left to cover most of the repair cost myself. I’m disappointed with the lack of support after purchase. I strongly recommend buyers have the vehicle fully inspected by an independent mechanic before committing to a purchase
