I recently bought a 435d from Autoprestige Cars. I had a warm welcome on arrival from Kez and his family, with a nice bit of banter. The car I came to view was well presented on arrival. I was allowed time to myself to view the vehicle, and then most of my questions about the car they could answer for me. Test drive was satisfactory and enabled me to experience the car enough before making a final decision. A little bit of haggling over part ex value but nothing less than you'd expect. Overall, a very good experience and I hope the car is a long term keeper!

Where do I start!! These guys are the dealership to go to. From start to finish everything was so seem less , one of the best buying experiences I've had. From the initial phone call, they set the bar. All questions answered about the vehicle I enquired about, some may see them as silly questions, but the finer details are what matters to me the most. I must admit, for some garages I wouldn't be the ideal customer with all the questions but the chaps at autoprestige never made me feel like a burden. Now I've never purchased a car online before and was a bit hesitant to do so, but I must say, when I came to collect, the vehicle was prepped to a very high standard. All issues which were outlined prior to me leaving the deposit, had been rectified in the week they promised to have the car prepped and ready to go. A genuine great family run business with a very chilled atmosphere. They even took me for a tour around the dealership and showed me their line of classics they've had for yours. Overall a 10/10 experience with the team at autoprestige and I will no doubt be back for my next car when it's time to get something sensible and act my age\U0001fae3\U0001f923 P.S had the car a month now with only one fault coming up (oxygen sensor) and within 48 hours I was paid for the repairs and the car has been running ever so sweet since

Noticed issues after a day with the car, being a chip in the windscreen, one wheel not sprayed properly and no engine cover. I took pictures and reported it on multiple platforms and was ignored. Exactly 14 days later I had a reply via email says it\u2019s been 14 days so they can\u2019t do anything. They denied that the car had these issues but as a goodwill gesture they would offer me \xa330! They said it had 4 new Michelin PS5 tyres on it and they were all mismatched with barely any tread on them. When I went to replace the tyres I have discovered an extremely poor refurb they have done on the wheels also and the paint has all come off around the edges. Also was promised to have the remapping license given to me and was never let known about that either. They denied there was a chip and said that I caused it, even though on the advert of the owner they bought it off, he quoted that there was a chip! So will be reporting this to the ombudsman. I have had to spend a lot of money replacing the windscreen, doing a wheel refurb and buying new correct matching tires costing over \xa31200!
