Very fast decision on finance for us seen Alex here he's is spot on with the finance side and from start to finish with our purchase of our lovely car, Efficient service, clean and presentable dealership, we will will be getting our daughters car next from Alex @ Autorange.
The Best service me and my family had here we called in on the forecourt, Alex Came to greet us asked if we need anything or any questions made himself available for all Our questions, adapted to show us 2 cars went through the specifications details, we were left a deposit on one and Alex processed the whole package! Amazing customer service from start to finish, we are highly impressed we definitely recommend.
Been a nightmare with trade centre involving the car and wouldn't go there again. Bought a car through finance and had nothing but problems since from week 1, no compensation for driving back and forth for them to fix issues and ive tried rejecting the vehicle and nothing but excuses to avoid taking the car back.
This is the second car I have bought from auto Range. And as before no pressure sales men following you around. Just left alone to have a look around Alex did walk through to see to another customer and said if there is anything you need just let me know. I did what he said and picked up my new car days later. Thanks again Alex and team for great service yet again.
Bought a car a year ago, the wing mirror motor was making a noise they disconnected it and said they were waiting for a part and I could bring it back and they would fix it while I wait, I'm a trusting person so thought fair enough, waited two months and thought I best give them a ring, was told they think the part is in and they'll ring me straight back, they didn't. They put a new MOT on it when I picked it up with no advisorys, its just failed its MOT on an issue it failed on two years ago and has same advisorys as two years ago which is a bit weird. They gave me a terrible price for the car I part exchanged but I didn't have time to sell it elsewhere as I'm too busy working, there was no fuel in it when I picked it up zero miles range in the tank, they could have put \xa320 in, the fact they ask for a bank transfer to pay is a bit weird aswell but fine if it saves them some money go for it, maybe just treat the customers right aswell, its leaking coolant needs a new radiator, was overpriced compared to other cars of same year make and model, the garage isn't far from me so thought it was ideal and I like to support local businesses better than giving my money to the faceless corporations! The warranty is terrible, although funny to read, basically says we'll keep the car for as long as we want and don't phone us, no courtesy car or courtesy by the sounds. I don't expect miracles it was only a \xa36k car i just wanted something reliable to take the family out in and for taking people out that I support in work but now its failed its MOT I'm waiting to get it fixed and can't go anywhere. I wouldn't recommend this garage and haven't, meet lots of people looking for vehicles in work, which is a shame, both staff in auto range I dealt with went for the handshake, maybe google what its supposed to represent and do better in the future.
Terrible service here. I bought my car in January and a month later had an issue where the clutch went completely slack and I couldn't get it into gear. It took them 2 weeks just to come and pick it up, always telling me they'll ring me and then I never get a call and have to chase them up. When they finally picked up the car they had it for nearly a week. When they dropped it off they said they just bled the clutch (something other garages have informed me is a 40 minute job). 2 months later my car encountered a similar issue, not with the clutch this time but with the car just not getting into gear. Took them nearly 3 weeks this time with them constantly telling me they'll "pick it up tomorrow" and I hear nothing from them, so I have to call them up every time. After 3 days of this I am told they don't actually do pick-ups apparently even though they said they would pick it up, and they picked it up when I had the first fault! So I then had to risk driving my faulty car to them where they proceeded to take nearly a whole week again to "fix" it. Only this time I have absolutely no idea what they "fixed" or what the issue is, because when I went to pick it up, they said the person wasn't there, so they don't know what he did but he'll ring me tomorrow and didn't even leave any paperwork... And did I get the call? NO, of course I didn't. I called them again today to be told that the person is out and will ring me back in half hour. Did they call me back? NO, of course they didn't- AGAIN! Absolute joke of a garage, no transparency whatsoever and they very clearly don't give a damn about their customers- stay away from them.
