I honestly can\u2019t thank Auto Globe Ltd enough for such a lovely experience from start to finish. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but everyone involved made the whole process feel so easy, smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Sara and Cheska , who were absolutely amazing. They was so kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole journey. They always kept me updated, answered all my questions and made me feel really looked after. You can tell they genuinely cares about customers and that made such a difference. I also want to give a big thank you to everyone else who helped behind the scenes. Every person I spoke to was friendly, welcoming and made me feel like I was in good hands. A special mention to the lovely men who delivered my car too they were so polite and friendly. It was such a nice touch to have people who clearly cared and took pride in making sure everything went perfectly. From the first conversation to receiving my car, the whole team was brilliant. It\u2019s not often you come across a company where everyone you deal with is genuinely kind and helpful, but Auto Globe Ltd really made me feel valued. Was looking for a good value van and found one at Auto Globe. Sara was extremely helpful checking stock and organising a test drive. Staff were friendly and the dealings easy. Sara went above and beyond following the purchase. Delivery was free. Raf delivered the van me Polite and professional.
I found a car i was interested in for my first car on auto trader being sold at Auto globe and contacted via WhatsApp straight away. I had an enquiry and received a response within a minute from Sara who was helpful and friendly and managed to get me a test drive booked for the next day. When coming for the test drive we were greeted by Ubaid JR who was very kind and helpful. The car had been very thoroughly checked and cleaned to a very high standard. He let us have a look around the car and then helped us with any questions. We then had a test drive which he made sure we could try every gear and speed on different roads to make sure this was the suitable car and it was! Ubaid JR made the whole payment process very easy for us. Due to not being confident driving in the area we were offered home delivery which ended up being the next day and it couldn\u2019t be faulted atall! Thank you very much for making it such a easy experience and i highly recommend Auto globe if you\u2019re looking for a new used car!
