So I’m a bit on the fence here…. Germaine was great in answering any questions I had, sending video walk throughs of the vehicle and ensuring I understood the whole process. I was anxious about buying a vehicle I hadn’t seen in person but it would have been very tricky for me to get from Cornwall to London due to kids and work requirements but I need not have been nervous as the vehicle is exactly as described and I actually couldn’t be happier with it now it’s arrived… However that does bring me on to my next point and the negatives. So I’m aware that Auto Capital uses a third party to deliver their vehicles, and unfortunately this is where they have been let down. The delivery company Rowm have been pretty diabolical! Lied to me about delivery dates and gave me ETAs which they knew they wouldn’t be able to fulfill, I was told Friday. Given an eta of late afternoon and then was totally ignored by the delivery company until Monday when it finally arrived after my husband and I had taken a total of three days off work between us so someone could be in waiting for the vehicle! As I said, Auto Capital themselves have been great and I would buy from them again…. However I would not have a vehicle delivered by them again unless they change their delivery company!! I chose delivery as I thought it would be more efficient. But I’m saddened that it cost me a total of £500 delivery fee plus the added cost of missed work days, of which no compensation has been offered, disappointingly.
