3 months after purchasing my new car it came to light that the last 2 digits on my number place had been transposed. These things happen but when visiting the garage to rectify this not one person came to speak to me and apologise for the inconvienience this had caused me.
I needed to set up the tracker on my car but hadn’t used the my Porsche app for sometime so was having difficulty.I spoke to Ian Burrows who was extremely patient with me and most helpful.We cancelled the tracker on my current car and he set up the new one for me.Not being too tech savvy it was a great help to have such efficient assistance
