I would definitely recommend Approved Cars in Tonbridge the service we received was excellent,Peter was very helpful and friendly he let me ask lots of questions as I have not driven an electric car before he let me take my time looking around the car and also was helpful during my test drive
Purchased Mercedes through this garage. Finance was initially set up for the vehicle. Decided against finance due to the high APR. Advised didn't want it before collecting vehicle. We were advised had to cancel ourselves. Contacted the finance company to cancel they also had to hear it from Approved Garage that the vehicle wasnt being taken on finance. When sold the vehicle was advised its bundled in with a warranty didn't have the chance to say i didn't want it. Before signing the paperwork advised didn't want warranty, was told paperwork done for it now so its too late? (All about commision) Fast forward a month after owning the car. Finance starts to come out as well as our loan for the vehicle. After 3 months of battling between the car garage and the finance company (who frankly could speak to each other on behalf of the customer) month 4 the finance stopped and finally got the first 3 payments back. Finance said the garage should have sorted this at the start for us. Now fast forward car has covered 5000 miles if that since purchase as dont use it often, the warranty is not worth the paper its written on, covers nothing, minimal labour payout and now the car is riddled with faults. Nearly at \xa31k spent of my own money was told yeah take the car to any VAT garage and it be fixed and garage gets paid direct. Well thats a lie. No garage will touch blue chip warranties in my area due to the goal post movements from the warranty company. Very disappointed to be sold a vehicle promised it all and now riddled with problems, a warranty that covers nothing and all the hassle of the finance at the start of owning the vehicle.
I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after it developed multiple issues, including electrical faults. The vehicle has required repairs and has been off the road for a period of time, which has caused inconvenience and financial loss. Despite repairs being carried out, I have continued to experience problems. This has affected my confidence in the quality of the vehicle and the checks carried out before sale. I have raised a formal complaint and reported the matter to Trading Standards. I hope a fair resolution will be reached.
