Absolutely fantastic service from Luke and Kelly and superbly led by their manager David Bachelor. The team mix professionalism and honest advice with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere; it's not the stereotypical car showroom where pressure is laid on! I would recommend Ancaster Renault/Dacia to anyone wanting 5* service and excellent cars! Simply excellent service and great people!
My worst experience with any garage. Long story short. My brothers car broke down 27/03/26, the morning he was due to fly out for 2 week holiday. Car towed to Ancaster Renault Dartford, where it was purchased last year. In the two weeks he was away his daughter tried to get an idea as to when it would be fixed, promised calls back, and the job to be marked as urgent each time. No calls back and car was not looked at until 7th April. Diagnosed fuel pump but was ordered post cutoff so order processed 8th. Part still not arrived as of 10am 10th April. My brother has also been chasing this from his holiday in India. I have been helping at this end but exasperated at the hopeless service especially as you can not phone garage direct. There appears to be no one in overall charge of the garage which us usually the Dealer Principle, the departments seem to only answer to managers based in corporate offices. You can not speak to these people to complain. Finally I called Renault UK to make a formal complaint, even they had problems getting an answer from garage and I spent 20 minutes hanging on the phone whilst they attempted to get me an answer. My next complaint will go to the MD of Ancaster, Stephen Woods if I can find his email address as no one would give it to me. My brother arrives back to UK and currently has no car for work on Monday.
Recently bought a used car from, Renault / Dacia at ancaster dartford, The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, we felt very well looked after with Luke and sales manager Kelly. Who were always on hand to help with any queries and very helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend and definitely would return in the future for new purchases.
If you want a problem resolved quickly dont call them. Ive had to call them every day across three days just to find the price of a service that i cant afford anyways. I feel it would benefit ur team if they had a more comprehensive understanding of what services you offer, could\u2019ve not wasted my time
