I've purchased my new Nissan Juke Hybrid Tekna at Ancaster Heathrow with part exchange of my older 2nd hand Nissan Juke Hybrid N-Connecta. Bill offered an outstanding service from the first time I visited the dealership. The purchase and delivery have been smooth and quick. Compared to my previous experience at a different dealership in Epsom, which has been utterly awful in every aspect of the purchase and delivery, this has been a seamless experience and would definitely recommend Ancaster Heathrow and Bill.

I recently purchased a car from Nissan, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. A huge part of that was thanks to William. William was absolutely fantastic professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. His friendly attitude and honest advice really set him apart. It never felt like he was “selling” me something; instead, it felt like he truly wanted to help me find the right car. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and grateful for the top-tier service I received. If you’re thinking about getting a car from Nissan, I highly recommend asking for William!

Rang up the service team with a few enquiries about a Nissan I had recently bought. My garage were a bit unsure about how to fix a few things and thought they might need to be coded in by Nissan but the tech I spoke to was very honest and correctly said they didn't (after another dealership quoted me \xa3540 to do it.) He also suggested I rang up the vehicles original dealer for a radio code that we couldn't find which turned out to be a very sensible suggestion. Could have easily changed me \xa3100+ for them to make me a new one. Rare to have a good dealership experience but was very impressed by my dealings here so thought I'd share this review!
