Bought a MG3 picked up 1/3/26 within days things started to go wrong . Rejected and returned it within the week took lots of phone calls to finance company to get finance settled. Now trying to get Car Tax back proving difficult as they hadn\u2019t even registered car to me ! Need to sort your complaint process out better . Appalling service wasn\u2019t interested in what was wrong.
We travelled for two hours to view two vans that we were considering purchasing after hearing good reviews on this company and reading the reviews online. however, The advertisement photographs presented both vehicles as being in immaculate condition, and, given that they are only two years old, we had high expectations. However, upon inspection, we found both vans to be in a significantly poorer condition than advertised. There was substantial mould present throughout the rear interiors, along with rubble, broken bricks, and various tools left inside. The extent of the mould was particularly concerning. Had we been made aware of the true condition of the vehicles, we would not have undertaken the two-hour round trip to view them. We contacted them on three separate occasions to make enquiries; however, we received no response, even after one week. When we raised this issue, we were informed that the vans are still listed for sale but are currently being used for ongoing renovation work. We further enquired whether the mould-affected wood\u2014effectively all wooden surfaces within the vans\u2014would be replaced. We were advised that this would not be the case. In light of these issues, we chose not to proceed with the purchase.
Purchased a van from them and didn't have the best experience. The van was sold with advisories which i was told should not have been put on but the tester was having a bad day apparently. The warrenty is not worth the paper it is written on as we had engine management lights come on and after phoning every vat registered garage in bridlington and surrounding area none deal with these companies as they don't like to pay out. Unless you have the money to pay upfront for repairs and fight for it back it is not worth the stress. Shame the seller can't fix the issues instead. Did call acer glade to ask if they could suggest a garage for the repairs but total silence.

And it was so layed back and a relaxing environment to look around and I can say I found the car I wanted from them and made me feel welcome. Love my new car thank you so much and I would recommend to anyone to get a car from them and I will 100% buy another one from them in the future.
Our experience with Acer Glade was brilliant start to finish. They reserved our car without a deposit and kept it reserved for weeks whilst we were sorting finance, despite other buyers being interested and ready to make payment. We travelled 6 hours to collect this car as it was such a bargain! Our car has had a full vehicle health check from Landrover and has come back that the vehicle is spot on! I have just purchased a Vauxhall Combo Van from Acer Glade. The overall experience was excellent. The van was by far the best example I had seen. Backed up by 12 months MOT, 6 months warranty and a good part exchange for my old van, I have come away extremely pleased. I dealt with both Lee, Haley and Haley's mum when picking up the van. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to change their vehicle. My daughter will soon be looking to change her first car and I sincerely hope that Acer Glade Cars have what we are looking for when the time is right. Adrian Wright.
My wife and I was looking for a new car and we saw one advertised with Acer Glade Cars. Lee and Haley were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the car that we was interested in purchasing. They also let us go for a test drive and answered all of our questions, which we were very happy with. When we picked the car up they had given it a service, MOT and had it valeted both inside and out. What a professional company and we would definitely buy a car from this company again. Thank you for all that you have done for us, including the lovely jar of sweets.
