ZERO STAR! Terrible AVOID AVOID! Sold my partner a car that didn't have the correct logbook, we are still having issues with it a year later. The car was broken on purchuse, Oil in Coolant. They refeused to do the fix the car. We had to pay \xa3200 for a indipendent check and they confirmed ace car sales are to blame. Took them months and months to do the work, they then refused to drop the car back off we had to collect it 20 miles away. PLEASE AVOID TRUST ME
Today me and my partner visited this dealership, the owner is lovely and gave me some really good advice which was really educational, I didn't leave with a car but if I ever did now need to change my car this is the first place I would look. I wish all male ran dealerships were like this as I felt so comfortable and left to my own devices in such a great way. Test driving a car here wasn't made to feel like a chore even though I made clear from the beginning i was not buying a car on the day (which at most dealerships they won't even take you seriously let alone let you test drive). Massive shout out and couldn't recommend enough for being so friendly and helpful!!
