Fleximobility excelled. Why: whichever member of staff from whatever department in the company, each had the same ethos. How can I help, what is best for you and how can I make it work. All in the most friendly no pressure manor. We started by leasing a WAV and then bought it after a couple of months which was made easy with a seamless service and documentation all supplied for us. Don’t hesitate to contact Fleximobility. A rare treat in todays markets speaking to people willing to listen and serve !

This is an excellent company. Both Radu and Barry went to great lengths to find a suitable vehicle for us. They didn't put us any any pressure to buy but were more concerned on providing something that fitted all our needs. They replied promptly and very courteously to all our queries and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

In the process of buying a WAV. Their flexible financing options are allowing us to lease for a month before buying. They delivered to our home, demonstrated the vehicle and signed the paperwork, all so easy. Vehicle was serviced and cleaned prior to delivery. Everything was just so easy!

Fleximobility are specialists in wheelchair accessible vehicles. This has enabled me to take a friend to places it would not be possible to get to any other way. An excellent service, with friendly, helpful people to show you how to secure the wheelchair and stay safe.

Brilliant customer service. They listened and really understood the problems I was having trying to choose a wheelchair accessible vehicle. They pointed out pro's and con's with various makes and models and helped me settle on something that was right. Having a WAV meant that I was able to get my mum out to enjoy more outings with family before she died.

I found Fleximobility Carterton, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had the most appropriate vehicle and equipment for our requirements, all this was provided quickly. Only the second time I have given 5 stars. Well deserved.

When arranging to hire a wheelchair accessible vehicle staff were very helpful and made the process quick and easy. Unfortunately an event happened which meant we had to cancel the arrangement at quite short notice and staff were empathetic and professional. I have already recommended this company to a couple of others as I couldn’t fault the service received
