In our recent dealings with Abbott Vehicle Sourcing we have found them to be excellent. The price of the vehicle was good, as was the low-pressure sales negotiation with Johnnie. We needed some after-sales service, during which Johnnie and Technician Steve could not have been more helpful and accommodating. First class. It is great to come across a small local business which is so trustworthy. We fully recommend.
I recently purchased a Mokka from Johnny and couldn\u2019t be happier with the experience. The car was in excellent condition\u2014clean, well-presented, and exactly as described. It came with a new MOT, full service, and a 3-month warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind. Johnny made the whole process smooth and hassle-free, especially when it came to sorting out the finance. Everything was taken care of professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!
I took my pearl white Volkswagen Golf 2.0 GT to Wils garage and had amazing service from the start to finish to say the least. My car needed a few bits done to it such as a spring, to mount, brake hose, track rod end, mot. The garage took my car in straight away and gave me a courtesy car to make sure I could carry on with my professional job that requires a reliable vehicle in which they supplied. The work was done correctly at good price. The service every time I walked in there or when they phoned me to let me know what was going on and update me on everything I wanted to know. The whole team had a conversation with me every time I went in there which I found respectful. Special mention had to be the receptionist who reassured me that everything will be done before I hand over money. She told me to phone her if there were any issues that they would sort it. Fast forward to the week after I get a friendly phone call off the garage asking how the car was and If I was happy with everything. Quality!
Bought a car back in febuary as we needed a bigger car due to having a month old baby, Car had to go back constantly between march and may with warning lights until the car went up in smoke in august on the A55 with our baby in the car, after having tgr car towed to our usual garage and them finding faults with the turbo and breaks, abbott said theyll do the repairs of the turbo for \xa3500 ,after them having the car for 5 weeks with excuses everytime called, after they finally fixed the turbo they gave it back to us with no coolant in. Do not reccomend this garage and cant wait to see the back of this car.
