Its usually a nightmare trying to find the right car for you. We are so glad that we kept to our "try to buy locally policy". Alex and Sam are so professional and at no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. The variety and standard of vehicles available is amazing, along with their staff! What we also liked is that they buy their stock from private individuals. Highly recommend doing business with them.
We found AB Car Sales to be excellent, both Sam and Alex were both helpful, friendly and professional. They let us take our time while looking at the vehicles, with no pressure to purchase. When we decided on a vehicle they made it all so easy to arrange collection of the vehicle and kept us up to date when it would be ready . Wouldn't hesitate at all to buy a car from them again . And would definitely recommend them.

Phenomenal dealer. Bought my favourite model of car from these guys and they were utterly amazing. Service was superb and after sales service was superb also. They were friendly, professional, courteous and reliable. First class purchase. Better than I have had anywhere else in the area. I've had my A3 Audi for 6 months now and after a few niggles were sorted out very quickly in the first week or two, It has been utterly reliable and very good value for money. Sam and Alex are always available to help and even if they are busy, will call back almost instantly. I was reluctant to buy from a dealer (I am "Motor Trade") but time and convenience dictated the need to follow up on some excellent personal references (3 separate neighbours in our small village have bought from Ab Car Sales) and I am very pleased to have purchased my Audi from them. We bought a Nissan X Trail from Alex and the team and have been very happy with the purchase but also very impressed with the customer service during and after the sale. Lots of places will be attentive while your purchasing but Alex has been super responsive to us even after we made the purchase. I would recommend getting a car from AB Car Sales as the whole process was very good.

There was no pushy behavior or hard sell whatsoever, which made a huge change from other dealerships. All seems well when you purchase the car, very helpful. Three items had to sorted before we picked up the car and I wish we had checked these before we left as only one item had been sorted. This resulted in my husband spending the day after picking the car up fixing what they said they had done. Also have now got to get in touch with DVLA as they put the car in the wrong name on the registration document, they even asked the question when we were sitting in front of them and still did the opposite.
Very happy with the whole process, communication was great . Car delivered on the required day . Lovely car . Had a small fault after a few weeks , Alex took the time to find the best solution and loaned me a car whilst was being fixed . Care , communication and diligence very much appreciated. Would happily buy another car through AB car sales and fully recommend them James freeman
