Great experience from start to finish. I part-exchanged my old car and bought this BMW the same day after a test drive. The car was exactly as described, the process was smooth and straightforward, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.
I bought a megane gt line here about a month ago. 1700ish miles later, no issues at all and i absolutely love the car. The previous car I bought had lots of issues, i returned it to the dealer who agreed to a refund, and is yet to refund me and I\u2019m taking them to court. Therefore, i was very sceptical and nervous about my next car. Dean was very supportive and agreed to a pre-buy inspection, and to reserve it for me while I sorted my funds out. Never take an honest dealership for granted because there\u2019s not many out there, I would 100% recommend buying a car with these guys. I wish I knew about them when I was buying my last car.
Excellent service from the beginning, long story but will try and keep it short\u2026 searching for a car for my daughter after hers was written off and she was let down by another garage. Spoke to Dean who answered all my questions and was patient while I organised the logistics (she was working in Scotland). After a long journey to collect the car, which we were late for and arrived close to closing time, Dean was more than happy and understanding while we sorted it all out.
