Staff: Callum and Hannah were great but the system is disorganised. Was travelling to see the car by arrangement when I was called to say if was under recall and so could not go out. Took 4 weeks to get the recall task done. Why was the car not booked in the moment it arrived at your premises? Callum was great giving me weekly updates on progress (or lack of). Without these I might have given up. Was disappointed to collect the car with battery at 40%. First thing I had to do on collection was to find a charger and wait. Charging to 80% when a customer wants to collection cheap and seems only courteous.
Very friendly sales staff who were not pushy. Competitive prices on all vehicles and a fair trade in price was offered. I was put at ease on my test drive which I was nervous about due to not only driving an unfamiliar car but in an area unknown to me. Completion of sale was smooth and everything was explained throughout. Id certainly recommended FOW to anyone looking for a used car.
I had an excellent customer experience purchasing my car yesterday. Phebe was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. She made the entire process smooth and stress free, including facilitating a same day exchange of vehicles, which I really appreciated. Everything was handled efficiently, and she made what could have been a complicated process feel very easy and straightforward. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend buying from her in the future.
I visited FOW a few times until I found my dream car , the staff were very helpful and friendly and professional but not pushy at all . The experience was very quick and easy . Lukas and Liam were so helpful and we had a great chat , I felt like I had known them for years . Very very friendly and sooo helpful 👍
The initial contact was fine, walked in, asked to view chosen vehicle. Was given the key and told unable to test drive at present as only been in 3 days and not had safety check yet. So far no problem. After visual inspection we left saying to sales person it's probably a yes but had to check out insurance etc. This must have light up a green light in sales, the emails started as in order to save the vehicle of the sales pitch & book a test drive i have pay £250 deposit. OK no problem but a little bit hasty i thought, put the pressure on. Test drive booked for the coming weekend Sunday 3rd May & dealt with Lana. After saying yes but will sort all out when we return from up coming holiday but willing to leave large deposit or whatever required & asked for banking details for money transfer. Not given to us while in the show room we expected it to be emailed to us. Lana was informed that we were leaving for our holiday Monday 4th May. The next 3 days we were hassled with emails have you received this, e-sign this, please confirm you've read this etc. When money was transfered, no further contact came to us not even confirmation for receipt of payment until prompted by ourselves. This left a bitter taste & soured the relationship with Lana. Upon collection of the car the invoiced had risen by £100 despite a deposit had been paid. That had to be removed before I would accept the sale. I arrived to collect the vehicle with my son who had stayed until everything was completed & the vehicle delivered to the collection point. I was, at that moment in the bathroom, so the key was handed to my son & told if he has any problems to call as required A very professional hand over i thought. Having worked in the service side of the motor trade neigh on 50 years, 12 with main dealer. I hadn't experienced service this poor. Sorry never again & no recommendations.
