Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Mike Brown helped us purchase our car, he was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and answered my questions clearly. We had a test drive, loved the car and returned 3 working days later to collect. The whole process was quick and easy. We are very pleased with our purchase.
I made to feel very comfortable visiting FOW, the sales executive Hannah was very knowledgeable, and friendly, she answered all my questions professionally, although I didn't ask many as she told me everything I needed to know from the beginning. On the day I arrived to pick my car up, it was waiting for me ,and ready to go. All in all a very comfortable and easy way to buy a car, I will certainly recommend FOW to my friend and family.
