If you’re having your Cazoo car delivered to your door, or if you’re collecting it from a Customer Centre, you’ll need to show a valid photo ID and a proof of address on the day you receive your car.
For a valid photo ID, we accept a full or provisional UK photo driving licence or a UK or EU passport. Your driving licence can also act as your proof of address if it matches the delivery address and the billing address of your payment card.
If you’re using your passport as ID, please also show a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months. Make sure the address matches the delivery address and billing address for your payment card.
If you’re collecting your Cazoo car from a Customer Centre, you’ll need a valid photo driving licence and a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months as proof of your billing address.
