How can I reschedule a delivery?

If you choose to reschedule your delivery, you can do so until 12pm two days before your original slot. Simply log in to your account.

If you reschedule after this time, we may charge a £149 cancellation fee.

If you bought your car outright, part exchanged or you’re selling your car to us, rescheduling is simple. Create a temporary login with your email address and we’ll send a one-time login link that lasts 24 hours. Just verify your email address and you’ll be able to select a new time to suit you.

When you log in you'll be able to see all available delivery slots. If you can't see the date or time you're looking for, it means it's unavailable and we’re unable to deliver.
