You can change your mind and cancel GAP Insurance at any time.
If you’d like to cancel within 30 days of purchasing GAP Insurance, give us a call on 020 3901 3488. You’ll receive a full refund if you haven’t made any successful claims.
If you’d like to cancel after 30 days, please call TWG Services (Assurant) on 0330 100 3821. You’ll receive a partial refund based on how long is left on your GAP Insurance policy and if you haven’t made any successful claims. There is also a £30 cancellation fee.
