A convenient way to collect your car

We have plenty of onsite parking, complimentary refreshments and things to keep the kids busy whilst you’re getting to know your Cazoo car. 

And if you’re part exchanging, we’ll inspect your current car at the same time to make sure it matches the description you've provided.

What you need to bring:

  • Your order number 
  • Valid photo driving licence
  • ID (a utility bill or bank statement)
  • The payment card you used 
  • Proof of insurance 
  • A signed V5C and service history (if you’re part exchanging)

Find out what to expect when you collect your car

Our Birmingham Customer Centre isn’t like a traditional car dealership.

All our cars are stored centrally and are available for sale on our website for either home delivery or collection. We have a wide range of cars to choose from, simply search used cars and find the one to suit you.

And whenever your car needs any care, you can make a booking at our Service Centre which is attached to our Birmingham Customer Centre.

    To stay safe don’t forget to keep a distance of at least 2 metres.

  • Hand sanitiser

    Help yourself to a couple of pumps when you enter and exit.

  • Face masks

    Please remember to wear a face covering or mask to keep extra safe.
