The range starts with the Captur, which is about the same size as a Ford Fiesta but has the higher ride height of an SUV. The mid-size Kadjar is the same size as the Nissan Qashqai SUV. The larger Koleos is about the same as the Kia Sorento.

Common questions about Renault SUVs
The compact Captur is Renault’s smallest SUV and is only available with front-wheel drive. Older Captur models (sold from 2013 to 2020) have petrol or diesel engines. The latest version is available with a petrol engine, or as a plug-in hybrid. Both the larger Kadjar and Koleos have petrol or diesel engines and the option of four-wheel drive.
Renault has an excellent reputation for building very safe cars and its SUVs are no exception. Each was awarded a full five-star rating by safety experts Euro NCAP. They also come very well equipped, so if safety and value are important to you a Renault SUV will be a good choice.
The Kadjar and Koleos are priced a bit higher than some rivals, but you get a lot of equipment and space for your money. The smaller Captur is more keenly priced when new. They all hold their value reasonably well and running costs are quite low thanks to efficient petrol and diesel engines.
