Making a payment is easy at Cazoo. To make things even easier, this is where you’ll find answers to all your payment questions.

Popular questions about making a payment

We accept personal UK Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit and debit cards. 

We can’t accept overseas cards or corporate cards. 

We also accept part exchange cars which will be deducted from your total payment. 

You can also apply for finance through Cazoo, subject to status and affordability checks.

As the car will be registered in your name when you buy it, your ID should match the payment card billing details, as well as the delivery address if you choose that option. If you’re unable to pay using your own card, we may need to carry out further ID checks.

If you’re buying the car for someone else, you can transfer the car ownership once the purchase is complete.

At the moment, you can’t split your payment across multiple cards. This is something we’re working on - so stay tuned!

Yes, you can! As long as both billing addresses are the same as your delivery address.

We’ll take payment online when you place your order. If you’re buying a car without finance, you can pay by credit or debit card. If you’re buying a car with finance, you pay your deposit at checkout and will make future payments inline with your finance agreement.
