Each Cazoo car is completely sanitised inside and out at our Vehicle Preparation Centre. We deep clean everything, from the backseats to the boot and even the engine. We also use Ozone gases to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.
Before your car is delivered or collected, we fit protective covers to the front seat, door handles and gear stick to keep your car safeguarded. Your Handover Specialist will ask if you’d like them to wear a face covering when they hand over the car. All handovers take place from a safe distance and your Handover Specialist will remain outside of your car whilst they talk you through the features.
In England, wearing a face covering is now optional, but if you’d like to wear one please feel free to do so. If you're visiting us in Scotland or Wales, please remember to wear a face covering or mask.
We also have hand sanitiser stands at the entrance of all our Customer Centres, so you can help yourself to a pump or two.
If you’ve tested positive or are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus, we kindly ask that you contact us to rearrange the delivery for your safety and the safety of our Handover Specialists. We’ll put your order on hold until we can rearrange a suitable delivery time and you won’t be charged for rescheduling.

We’ll put your order on hold and we’ll rearrange another collection slot that suits you. You won’t be charged for rescheduling.

When you receive your car you’ll need to show the Handover Specialist your valid NHS photocard and your UK driving licence as proof of ID.
