Your health and safety is our top priority and we’re going the extra mile to ensure that we do everything to keep you safe. We offer both home delivery at a time to suit you as well as collection from one of our Customer Centres to provide you with maximum convenience and flexibility.

All Cazoo cars are fully sanitised

Each Cazoo car is completely sanitised inside and out at our Vehicle Preparation Centre. We deep clean everything, from the backseats to the boot and even the engine. We also use Ozone gases to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

A safe handover

Before your car is delivered or collected, we fit protective covers to the front seat, door handles and gear stick to keep your car safeguarded. Your Handover Specialist will wear PPE when they hand over your car and all handovers take place from a safe distance of at least 2 metres.

Visiting a Customer Centre

We have hand sanitiser stands at the entrance of all our Customer Centres, so you can help yourself to a pump or two. We also ask that you wear a face mask when entering to keep yourself and everyone around you safe.

Yes you can. We're open as usual from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week on 020 3901 3488.

Yes you can. We'll deliver your car to your door or you can choose to collect it from one of our Customer Centres. And to ensure your safety, all handovers are conducted at a safe distance.

During this unprecedented period, there may be a delay to your Cazoo car delivery due to disruption to our supply chain, so please bear with us. We’re doing all we can to provide the best service possible and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.

If you're self-isolating due to being in contact with someone with the virus or you are unwell or in an at-risk group, we’re currently unable to make the delivery for your safety and the safety of our Handover Specialists. We will put your order on hold until we can rearrange a suitable delivery time and you won’t be charged for rescheduling. 

If you have chosen to self-isolate, have no symptoms and are not in a group at risk then the delivery can still go ahead.  Our handovers will take place from a safe distance (at least 2 metres) and our Handover Specialists will wear personal protective equipment to keep you both safe. They’ll also remain outside of your car whilst they talk you through the features.

If you become unwell or at risk after placing your order or booking a return, please contact the Customer Support Team on 020 3901 3488.

To make the handover as safe as possible, our Handover Specialists will need to sign digital documents at the end of the delivery on your behalf once you’ve confirmed you want to keep the car. They’ll also need to take a photo of your car at your delivery address as proof of handover.
