The safer way to buy a used car

Your health and safety is our top priority and we’re doing everything we can to keep you safe. You can order a Cazoo car as normal and we’ll deliver it to your door so there’s no need to leave home.

All Cazoo cars are fully sanitised

Each Cazoo car is completely sanitised inside and out at our Vehicle Preparation Centre. We deep clean everything, from the backseats to the boot and even the engine. We also use Ozone gases to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.

On delivery day

Before delivery, we fit protective covers to the front seat, door handles and gear stick to keep your car safeguarded. Your Delivery Specialist will wear PPE and a fresh pair of gloves when they unload your car. All handovers take place from a safe distance of at least 2 metres and they’ll also remain outside of your car whilst they talk you through the features.

Yes you can. We're continuing to take orders as normal and we'll deliver your car to your door. However, to ensure your safety, all handovers are conducted at a safe distance.

We appreciate your time and effort in helping to keep us safe. We’ve had a number of queries from key workers asking if we can deliver them a Cazoo car during this unprecedented period. 

A car is essential for many of you and we want to do everything we can to help. If you’re in urgent need of a car, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 020 3901 3488 and they’ll arrange a priority delivery slot. We also understand that you’re very busy so we’ll do our best to work around your schedule. 

We’re thanking our NHS Heroes by offering £250 off any Cazoo car purchased until 31st August 2020. 

Simply place your order online and choose when you’d like your car delivered. To claim your discount, drop us a line before your delivery date at [email protected] with a picture of your valid NHS photocard ID and your order number. When your Cazoo car arrives, you’ll need to show the Delivery Specialist your valid NHS photocard and your UK driving licence as proof of ID. 

If you decide to keep your car after the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period, we’ll refund you £250.

If you’re buying your car on finance, then your minimum deposit needs to be £250 to qualify for the offer. 

The named Cazoo customer must be a current NHS staff member to qualify for the discount and this offer can only be used once per person.

During this unprecedented period, there may be a delay to your Cazoo car delivery due to disruption to our supply chain, so please bear with us. We’re doing all we can to provide the best delivery service possible and we’re sorry for any inconvenience.

If you’ve already placed an order with us and have questions about when your car will be delivered, please contact our Customer Support Team on 020 3901 3488 and they’ll be more than happy to help.

If you're self-isolating due to being in contact with someone with the virus or you are unwell or in an at-risk group, we’re currently unable to make the delivery for your safety and the safety of our Delivery Specialists. We will put your order on hold until we can rearrange a suitable delivery time and you won’t be charged for rescheduling. 

If you have chosen to self-isolate, have no symptoms and are not in a group at risk then the delivery can still go ahead.  Our handovers will take place from a safe distance (at least 2 metres) and our Delivery Specialists will wear personal protective equipment to keep you both safe. They’ll also remain outside of your car whilst they talk you through the features.

If you become unwell or at risk after placing your order or booking a collection, please contact the Customer Support Team on 020 3901 3488.

To make the handover as safe as possible, our Delivery Specialists will need to sign digital documents at the end of the delivery on your behalf once you’ve confirmed you want to keep the car. They’ll also need to take a photo of your car at your delivery address as proof of handover.
