Cazoo launches new Customer Centre in Southampton
... Investing £1m and creating 15 new local jobs
Cazoo, the UK’s leading online car retailer, which makes buying a used car as simple and seamless as buying any other product online, has today opened its latest Customer Centre located at Second Avenue, Millbrook Estate, Millbrook, Southampton and marking the ninth new location opened by Cazoo since September.
The site was formerly occupied by Imperial Cars which was acquired by Cazoo over the summer and Cazoo have since invested over £1m into refurbishing the site and creating 15 new customer-facing and vehicle-servicing jobs. Cazoo has plans to open a further 5 sites across the UK before the end of the year, creating another 75 new jobs.
Cazoo has plans to open a further 12 locations in 2021 and is developing these sites to provide customers a ‘click and collect’ option in addition to home delivery as well as opening service centres to handle all of its customers vehicle servicing needs. Customers can view thousands of Cazoo cars on its website with purchases made entirely online.

With thousands of cars on offer at any time, they are stored centrally and available for either delivery anywhere in mainland UK or collection from a local Customer Centre in as little as 72 hours.
