Buying a used Cazoo car

After the driveaway insurance ends, you’ll need to take out a monthly or annual insurance policy, or if you need a little more time to get to know your car, you’ll need to take out a 4-day cover for the remainder of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period.

If you’ll be using your car for hire and reward (which is using it for services or transport in exchange for payment), we’re unable to include the 3-Day Driveaway Insurance from Tempcover or the 90-day warranty and RAC roadside assistance.

There’s no need. We offer a transparent and haggle-free experience. The price you see is the price you’ll pay for your car.

We check our prices against the market every day to make sure that we're offering you the best prices. This way, you can find a car that meets your needs and also gives you great value for your money.

With our 360-degree digital photography you can see the car before you buy it and inspect it from every angle, inside and out. You’ll be able to see the car’s condition, key features and any imperfections that we tag. Read our car standards checklist to learn which imperfections we tag.

You can then complete your purchase entirely online.

Once you add a car to your basket and start your purchase, we’ll reserve it to make sure no one else can buy or finance the car during this time. You can only hold one car in your basket at any one time.

You’re unable to reserve a car outside of checkout at the moment.

If you’re buying or financing a car, you’ll need to buy road tax via the DVLA. We’ll send you an email to remind you to tax your car before your delivery or collection date.

Our cars are safely stored at our Vehicle Preparation Centres. This is where we recondition them to our standards. These centres aren’t open to the public. Instead, you can discover a wide range of Cazoo cars on our website and either have a car delivered to your home or choose to collect it from a Customer Centre.
