Carsa made everything easy and relaxed. From the initial phone call where I reserved a vehicle, to getting it transferred to a Carsa nearer me, to the day of pick up and completing all the paperwork etc. in all it took 4 days. Very pleased with car, drives well, looks great and was spotlessly clean when I collected it. Would definitely deal with them again. Shout out to Ruby Walker at the Carsa Durham (based at Bishop Auckland) who was professional, friendly and supplied me with coffee! Thank You.
My experience with Carsa was everything you’d expect when searching for a vehicle: an easy‑to‑navigate website, the option to have a car transferred to your nearest location for a fair price, and a courtesy call to confirm the booking. However, Anton delivered a level of service that genuinely went beyond anything I’ve experienced before. From the moment I walked into the building to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle, his approach was consistently welcoming, respectful, and professional. Despite a staff shortage on the day, the introduction of a new system, and having to assist a customer with an appointment before mine, Anton never made excuses. He remained honest, knowledgeable, and patient — even staying past opening hours, along with his colleague, while I took the time I needed to make my decision (sorry again for that). I also want to acknowledge his colleague, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, for working with us right through to the final choice. I’m confident that Anton will carry this same level of care and professionalism into the after‑sales experience as well
Today I came to buy a car . Not only a car but my first car . I came to view a car with my mom and sister and Marius helped us so much . He was so friendly and knew the answer to every question I had and I had a lot . He was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable buying my first car . He offered us all drinks and was really welcoming . He made my experience a 10/10 and if it wasn’t for him i think I’d still be unsure of where to begin buying my first car . I am so grateful to have had him guide me through the process , would highly recommend !
We called to Carsa to look for a car for my daughter. Marius was so helpful talking us through the whole process and all the various covers. Nothing was too much trouble even though It took quite a bit of time. He patiently took us for a test drive and explained everything about the car. I will definately be back to purchase a car for myself.
