Very good helpful not pushy let us test drive got 3months warranty made no quibbles about it needing a new battery a week later when it wouldn’t start told to go and get the battery changed and they would pay phoned up once done and sent photo of receipt and within a few minutes the money was back in my account would recommend and will definitely use again thank you

Bought a ford focus from here. Friendly service. Good knowledge about vehicles and gave good advice to a first time buyer. Had a niggle after we bought the car, went back and they sorted it out no trouble. Would recommend.

Brilliant experience. Easy sale but when my car needed a new battery under warranty, the service was unmatched. I called up Sunday 18:30 and by 10:30 Monday the car had been recovered and a new battery fitted by the afternoon. Great service Thankyou

We traveled 8 hours to see a car which we were pretty set on. They guy (not the owner) who was there was ok but didn't engage with us . The car had an issue as it turned out aftervtest deive ,that it can be big or small problem. We mentioned it also asked if maybe they knocked off a grand. He didn't care about the problem, and he literally laughed at us and carried on looking cars on the computer. We don't buy, we can bugger off basically. Didn't appreciate it at all. Also made us doubt that the car would of been fixed honestly. Gave 2 starr because of this.
