Ford Transit Connect 2020 (20) - 1.5 EcoBlue 120ps Trend Van

Complete waste of time. I wouldn't even bother enquiring about another vehicle. I called and explained we would be travelling over 2 hours to view a van. The pictures looked like a tidy vehicle, with no real marks etc and tidy interior. I asked on the phone if it was as tidy as it looks in the pictures to be told "its a lovely clean van". 2 hours later I arrive to find half the drivers seat missing, a dent in the cab, the front bumper is not just scratched but gouged and the whole vehicle covered in concrete splashes. Even gravel, wood and half a traffic cone dumped in the back. None of which was pictured and had clearly been used after being photographed for the website. I questioned why he had lied over the phone to be told "it's a used van, and obviously not for you". Turned his back on me and walked away. Complete waste of a day and incredibly arrogant behavior.

Bought peugeot boxer l4h2 November 8th 24. Travelled 5 hrs on train after chat & walk around vehicle phone call. Description of outside of van was not as described, few more dents & scratches than told, vehicle described on website as superb condition & faultless. You will notice that most photos on website are over exposed, not showing any faults that would probably be seen if normal exposure. Faults I only noticed after being up at 5am & got home, 270 miles. Rear door catch striker plate removed, rear door cable broken so striker plate removed. N/S mirror plastic surround broken, held on with gaffa tape. Scuttle cover for engine coolant missing, tow eye cover missing, both number plate lenses missing, instrument panel has full length cracks, said battery replaced, battery cover in passenger footwell not secured back down, simply chucked on top of battery compartment & covered over with autoglym paper mat, over use of autoglym products, not polished off, just left caked in it & slimey. once home noticed engine chuffing, turned out, injector seals gone, 1 of injectors didn't have the copper washer on!, someone had been in there before. 5 weeks now passed, no V5 received, applying myself tomorrow. Van was cheaper than down here in the south west but just wish sellers would be more honest. Overall happy with van after I've corrected all issues, all seems to be good now, buyers beware

Purchased a van 10 days ago and was told it was a good little van with nothing wrong and that it would do us for our EVERYDAY needs,they said they had been using it for little jobs/journeys around n about before we purchased it,we even had a telephone conversation about the van advertised by them before going to look at it as we were 2 hrs away so a 4 hr journey,making sure it was worth the very long trip,since we picked it up it hasn't started for the last 10 of those days and is now going to a garage to try and sort out this problem,this van only starts after about 4/5 attempts every time when starting from cold,if you start it after an hr or so whilst still warm its ok so considering these people used the van on a regular basis they OBVIOUSLY KNEW it had a big problem starting and NEVER said a word,therefor they had OBVIOUSLY started this van to make sure it was warm before us comming as we stated a time and arrived on that time,these people just only care about taking your money would NEVER believe a word they said and would NEVER buy a vehicle from them again!!as the van was not expensive compared to the other vehicles on site as it was given in a part exchange we did not get any warranty.Was also told someone would ring me back regarding my issue and no one ever did!!now after only 10 days of having this vsn it's already in a garage at a cost to me!!!would advise anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere as cannot be trusted whether your buying an expensive vehicle or cheaper alternative

I purchased a pick up from Countryside commercials which was a straight forward process I took an extra years warranty out which was good value . A few days after my purchase I had issues with the management system I contacted Ashley and he requested I return the vehicle for a diagnosis check he honoured his 3 month warranty even though I could have used my extended warranty . Once issue was diagnosed Ashley contacted me and kept my updated on the progress unfortunately after a minor repair the issue was not rectified Ashley arranged for the vehicle to be taken to a local nissan dealer for a more in-depth diagnosis check at his cost at this point Ashley offered to arrange a hire vehicle for myself whilst vehicle was in for repair . Fast forward a day and Ashley informed me of the minor fault in which he picked the car up and had it repaired and once again arranged for the car to be returned to Nissan for a number of updates which was over due . I received my car back from Ashley in tip top running condition further more it drove like a new car . The repair bill was looked after by Ashley which was 10% of the purchase price 🙈 you may think I was unlucky however I see it as been lucky as no other car sales garage would have had better after care that I received from Ashley he went above and beyond expectations. Definitely buy again from Countryside commercial's 👍
