From seeing the car at an agricultural show, to test driving and then to purchasing the car, I worked with a sales team that were honest, knowledgeable, and did not put me under undue pressure to buy. I was offered a car in stock and the process was very quick end easy, and I feel I got a good deal.
When needed to get in touch with a mobility representative it was hard work . Phoned at 9.30 am & by 5.30 pm no reply . Was put on hold by receptionist & was told the representative would contact us . Eventually got through when service personnel put me through it took 2 mins to do .
I was really pleased with the service that I received from Trustford. Zeshan was great - not pushy but listened to my requirements and suggested a vehicle that I took for a test drive and subsequently decided to purchase. Zeshan was very patient and answered my ‘stupid’ questions without irritation. Unfortunately, Zeshan was not available when I went to collect the vehicle but a colleague filled in and was able to sort everything. I have had questions since I have had the vehicle and Zeshan has responded to my emails promptly with the answers I needed. I have had a really positive experience of Trustford in Staines and the owner of a lovely car.
