I wanted to share how pleased I am with my recent experience at Trustford. After making an appointment to view a used car, I was welcomed by Vincent, who was not only punctual but also refreshingly professional and friendly. Vincent never tried to oversell and made the entire process enjoyable, which made a huge difference. I went ahead and purchased the car, and everything from the follow up to the handover was handled perfectly. Based on this experience, I highly recommend this showroom. It was a stark contrast to my previous negative experience at the Maidstone branch, and Trustford really exceeded my expectations. If you're considering a visit, you won't be disappointed.
A good experience overall friendly staff no hard sell push by salesperson like other car places i was left alone to look round then I contacted a member of staff who was very helpful. I've only one small complaint when I collected my used puma I got home to find the service history book wasn't with the car or any other manual for instructions. Now trying to get hold of these items is proving hard. Overall 9/10.
I have been with Trustford, Epsom for over 20+ years and have always been looked after by the Ford team when upgrading my Ford Fiesta or taking the car in for service. In particular, I have just upgraded to another new Puma with the help of Sales Executive, Roan McWilliams at Epsom, and received 100% support, guidance and help with the whole upgrade process. Not only is Roan extremely knowledgeable, but he is genuine and personable. In my view, Roan ipitimizes how a good sales person should be. I would also mention that Dylan Strukelj, New Car Retail Manager at Epsom, has also been instrumental in helping me. All the Trustford Epsom team are extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful, and there's a nice atmosphere the minute you walk in the showroom door. This experience goes a long way to hold customer retention and loyalty.
