Visited the show room today (19th June) to purchase an e3008 as it suited our requirements however never made it inside. The car park was absolutely packed with cars and trucks parked haphazardly, routes blocked and finding myself having to reverse out of the car park I drove away and will be looking at a different make of car. I absolutely have no desire to encounter that anytime it goes in for a service or repair.
My car went in for an engine change under warranty in December. I was given a handful of updates as to the progress of the repairs on my vehicle, the last time being February. I called them up this month, June for an update to be told the vehicle was ready to be collected. I have since found out my car had been repaired back in April but I was not contacted. During the time they had my vehicle I was contacted several times stating that I was due a service, but they had it. Was there no communication between departments!? I collected the car and it was in a dirty state, covered in dust, spider webs, scratches and finger prints. Mould has stared to grow inside the doors. I have contacted Stellantis and you, bit via phone, email and webform and have had no one contact me back. even when I wanted to collect the vehicle I had to just walk into the dealership and asked for my vehicle as the messages left with their terrible automated service were ignored. I am still waiting for an explanation as to why it took six months for me to get my vehicle back and why it was returned in such a state. I'm a motability customer who suffers with anxiety and this whole ordeal has left me traumatised so much I no longer want my vehicle. It should not be returned in a worst state after sitting six months in a dealership. The customer service I have received is non existent.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would highly recommend Tyler. From the first time we spoke, he has been professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the different finance options available and has always been honest and transparent throughout the process. Even though I have not yet purchased a vehicle, Tyler has been very patient, answered all my questions, and continued to help me find options that suit my budget and requirements. From the start of my visit for replacing airbag devices the experience was professional and slick. Checked in, take a seat and within a few minutes Tony (Service Manager) came over to the waiting area. Explained my options and when the action was completed came back to show me the car - freshly cleaned too. Answered a couple of questions. A complete contrast to the non-service at another local branch, so glad I changed to B'ham North.
