I had a problem with my boot failing to unlock and so contacted Stellantis to bring it to get it sorted. The next available appointment was a week later which was disappointing for me, however, this is nothing to do with how well I was treated by the staff. One person called me a couple of days later to see if he could do a reset on the car. He talked me through everything but unfortunately, despite his best efforts, after this, I was unable to lock the door without the alarm going off. I phoned him back and he managed to get me in a day earlier and when I explained that my wife had a hospital appointment I was allowed to bring it on the Wednesday. Jesse, who is on reception dealt with me superbly, contacting me to let me know when parts would be arriving and what was happening. Eventually I was able to pick the car up far earlier than originally expected. As well as fixing the boot problem they also gave the car a clean inside and out, and Spencer sorted out my radio problems ( I was on FM instead of DAB) and even set up three of my favourite stations to favourites. I also came into contact with two other people one of whom made me a coffee when I was just sitting there and another who came out to let me know what was going on. All four of these members of staff were relatively young and I was so impressed with their politeness, helpfulness and professionalism. They are an excellent advert for the company. Thank you.
Absolute waste of space the customer service was really bad and after complaining regarding there service that was basically not done , we where told to go to another stellantis service centre as they wouldn’t deal with us because we complained about them ? Preston branch on Blackpool Road !!! Stay clear car doesn’t do the mileage it says either !!! And guess what they wouldn’t look into that either . I sent a video of the service the way they sent the car back , and they still said that it was done in acorrordanc with there garage . ? It Came back filthy and no checks where done and there were warnings lights on it also. We waited 2 weeks for a 2 hour appointment and dropped car and waited 3 hours then where told to come back in another two hours , we later went into the branch and they said apologies not been done yet . I sat outside . Watched it go in the garage where they do the service apparently 2 hours long ? and 6 mins later it came out wet but not washed and none of the things they said they would do had been done ! total rip off . Steer clear . Put a complaint in to head office and they still 12 months later haven’t been in contact .
