Absolute joke, i have only had experience twice with this dealer and to be honest i would not recommend this dealer to anyone, booked my car in for a timing belt and service at this dealer, the first issue was the timing told it would only take 3 hours, so i thought i would go for a wander around the local shops, and pop back after 3 hours i dropped the car off at 8am, went back about 4 hours later, to be told it wont be ready until 5pm ?. Long story short i went back at 5pm to pick up the car, all looked good, the following day we took the car to Paris, when we got home and found i had a water leak coming from the water pump which they had just fitted, waited until the next day and rang to tell them about the leak and was told they might be able to look at the car in a week or so 😡 as they did not believe the leak was from the water pump which they had fitted, i went to the trouble of taking the covers off the engine and photographed the leak coming from the water pump, i complained with a bit more force and they agreed to look at my car and said again it would not take long to have a look about an hour, so took the car in again at 8am got the car back at 5 pm again, fumming is not the word. Got the car home and guess what the water pump is leaking again, at this point i gave up and took the car to a different garage, who fitted the water pump properly, and i have not had an issue since. Avoid at all cost absolute joke, the hole time you are made to feel it was all your fault can’t get anyone on the phone no one wants to help at all
I booked my car in for a service on Tuesday 24th March with fiat. I booked it for 09.00. Trying to park on site a total joke , I went back at. 12.15 thinking the car was done. It wasn't so I asked for the keys and left .I don't have trust in car dealers , and I Won't be buying a New car at this site , there loss.

I needed a brand-new van quickly for my business and Mehdi and Thivy really delivered. The turnaround was rapid and professional. Mehdi my main contact was especially impressive: super responsive, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout. He even arranged a loan van free of charge for me while my new one was being prepared. Exceptional service, best I've had yet at any dealership, highly recommended!!!
I originally complained about this dealership because it repeatedly confirmed a service price for my Alfa Romeo Giulia, only to try to increase it dramatically on the day of the booking. After head office intervention, the dealership eventually agreed to carry out the work at the original confirmed price. Unfortunately, when I returned on 23 March to collect the vehicle, a number of further serious issues arose. The paperwork issued for my car was incorrect, and an integral part of the service had not been completed. I was initially told that the oil centrifuge filter element, which forms part of the Alfa Romeo service, was an optional extra. Only after I challenged this and went through the dealership’s own service procedure documentation being used for reference did they accept that the work should in fact have been included. I should not have had to challenge the dealership on its own Alfa Romeo service requirements before omitted work was finally acknowledged. More seriously, during this discussion I was spoken to in an entirely unacceptable manner by Sales Manager Graham in front of other customers. I was told that I was “taking them for a ride”, that I had “had my money’s worth”, and that I should “feel free to complain to whoever I’d like” because it did not affect him. I found this humiliating and unacceptable. A further issue then arose with the courtesy car. I am now disputing a £100 tyre charge, as the tyre issue had already been present, yet responsibility is now being attributed to me. I also have a further concern regarding the condition of my own car. When I saw it on 23 March, the lacquer on the wheel arch had peeled significantly further, and I am concerned this worsened while the vehicle was in the dealership’s care. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a prolonged and stressful experience involving incorrect paperwork, incomplete work, disputed charges, and being spoken to in a way no customer should have to tolerate in public. Based on my experience, I would be extremely cautious about trusting this dealership with either pricing or aftersales care.
