Friendly service, very knowledgeable and experienced so gave insightful advice on what would meet my needs. My husband contacted them to ask if the car could be ready early so it would be ready for my birthday and they obliged and ensured it was ready for collection. Very pleased with the service.

We initially went to this garage to view a particular car. We were greeted by Johnathan who was really helpful and friendly, no pressure was put on us all. We ended up buying the car and I have to say the service was absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend this garage enough, it’s immaculate and professionally run. The transaction was easy and Johnathan couldn’t do enough for us. If we need a car in the future I will definitely be going back.

We purchased an Evoque from Norman Motors, but unfortunately experienced a few issues afterwards and ultimately decided to request a full refund. Despite this, the level of customer service we received throughout was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team. They went above and beyond to resolve the situation, including travelling over 2.5 hours to collect the car and even providing us with a courtesy vehicle in the meantime. A special thank you to Ben, Nick and Mike for their professionalism, understanding and support throughout the process. Although the car itself didn’t work out for us, the way Norman Motors handled everything means we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future.
Just had my DS C7 delivered and over the moon. The DS C7 is a rare car and Normans motors actually had 3 on offer. Ben was a pleasure to deal with from my first enquiry to turning up at the office and offered a nice hot drink. Fantastic service and I look forward to the next purchase. Thanks Ben 🫡
