Bought my latest car from these guys, great service from start to finish. Once I paid the deposit they held the car for me until I sorted out my old car (which took longer than I wanted). Stuart was extremely helpful all the way through the process & I couldn’t have been looked after any better. Would highly recommend these guys for any cars in the future.
I was looking to replace my larger car with a newer more economical model, I saw that Norman Motors had the exact model and spec that I was looking for. I went over to Norman Motors and had a friendly open chat with Ben and Gus. I took the car out for a drive and was pleased with what I found. I explained to them that I had another couple to look at, this did not faze them in any way. A few days later, Ben called to see how my car shopping was going, we had another friendly chat and I agreed to put a holding deposit on the car that I had driven without no commitment on my part to actually complete the purchase. This was really good from my perspective. As it was, I decided that the example that I had driven was the best example of the model and spec that I wanted and could not be beaten for price or value. The transaction was very smooth. I would certainly recommend Norman Motors as good, honest people to do business with.
Have a great selection of premium cars. No pressure selling - unlike a dealership I went to previously. Also offer a free 3 month warranty. They have a separate service centre and proven track record in offering great aftercare. I spoke to Stuart who organised my test drive in the car out by myself - which meant i could properly get a feel for the car and feel relaxed. Bought a Volo XC40 (February) The process was made so simple. I noticed the service on the vehicle was due in April and asked if this could be carried out, before I took charge of the car - which they did. However they also carried out an MOT (which was due in May) before I picked up the vehicle. This made me feel completely reassured that I was buying my car from the right people. When I went to collect the car I asked Stuart if there were any advisories on the MOT inspection. Reassuringly Stuart explained that these would have been put right. They car had new front tyres and brake pads. Even registering and taxing my car was made simple Stuart did this while we were sat together in the dealership for me. This was a first class service. Most importantly, I felt reassured and relaxed. This Company obviously cares about your experience owning one of their cars.
