This is my second time purchasing a car from Hilton garage and there is a reason im a returning customer. Everyone who works here has amazing customer service, Dan Harrison who has been my sales advisor for both cars ive purchased has been so helpful and so informative making the process so easy and relaxing. Dan wasnt here for my car handover but i had Jake Gamble who handed over my car today and he was also extremely nice, helpful and again informative, i was able too talk and conversate with him over passion for cars while we was sorting out paperwork. Everyone who works here is so helpful and will always make sure that your satisfaction is put first. I know whatever help i need with anything or any issues if there was any, Hilton has it covered.
I bought a 2019 Volvo V60 on part ex and dealt with Max Crosby who was terrific. Pleasure to deal with and helpful and personable throughout. Sent me everything i asked for and due to an unusual issue with the reg plate, suggested I went to the pub for an half hour while they switched plates and sent me off with a 5 digital private reg at no extra cost. Also pleased with the service, year long MOT, 4 new wheels and a new battery all as part of prep work. I've got one minor electrical fault on the car (couple of the steering wheel buttons don't work) but garage seems to be working with me for a sensible resolution so as long as that gets sorted, will remain a 5 star review.
I went in today with my dad to go and look at a new family car for him and was met with an amazing and friendly service by Matt Sheehan, he walked us through everything and we managed to achieve more then we expected. Went in to just have a look and ended up driving the car away just hours later. Absolutely amazing service, super friendly and would definitely recommend to see Matt if your looking for your future car.
Booked a test drive whilst away, so organised a date a couple of days in advance. Turned up at the agreed time after an hour's drive, to be told the car had been sold the day before. The lady on reception did not seem interested at all, I asked if I could drive a Peugeot I had seen online also, and she pointed at a sign that said can only test drive if you are going to buy it. Shame they could have at least had the decency to call me to advise not to travel in after selling the car I had booked. Just seem far too busy to provide any decent service.
Bought a car from this garage for the first time. My contact was called Jason, some would say “salesman” but I always think when you say that, you think “pushy” Jason was everything but that. He was absolutely “great” from his greeting, advice and when collecting the car. I was really impressed with his “not pushy” approach. Great friendly guy, and in fairness the other staff we spoke to, had a similar attitude. I had a really good experience and would recommend them 100%
